Some projects feel particularly rewarding, not just because of the work itself, but because of the people behind them. This was one of those. I’ve known Farid for many years, so when he came back to us to help shape the brand for the new company he is working with, Zero Carbon Technologies, it felt like a real vote of confidence and a reminder of the value of long-term trusted relationships.
Zero Carbon Technologies is operating in a space where clarity, credibility and confidence really matter. Their focus on advanced recycling technologies, particularly around battery materials, is complex, technical and forward-looking – but the brand needed to feel accessible, assured and purposeful, not overly corporate or abstract. Our role was to create a visual identity that could support that ambition and grow with the business.
We developed the new logo from their initial launch version to look strong and balanced, with a clear nod to circularity and renewal at its heart. It feels rooted in sustainability without leaning on tired clichés – modern, confident and distinctive.
From there, we developed a comprehensive brand guide to ensure consistency across every touchpoint. Typography, colour usage, layout principles and tone were all considered, allowing the brand to be applied confidently across print, presentations, signage and digital platforms as the company grows.
Alongside the brand work, we also created a holding website that introduces Zero Carbon Technologies to the world ahead of the full site build. It sets the tone, communicates the mission clearly and gives the business a professional, credible presence while the wider platform is developed.
This is very much the start of the journey for Zero Carbon Technologies, and we’re proud to be supporting them at this formative stage. Working again with Farid and his associates has been a pleasure, and we’re looking forward to seeing this brand come to life across more channels as the business continues to grow.
