Fresh stripes for Xebra Accounting

Some brands already have personality baked in – they just need structure, alignment and consistency to really shine. That’s exactly what we’ve just completed for Xebra Accounting, a Hampshire-based firm who specialise in working with Xero to keep their clients in control of their finances.

Xebra had a distinctive logo in place, built around a bold, multi-coloured zebra illustration. We didn’t reinvent it. Instead, we applied our usual eye for detail – refining spacing, sharpening alignments and creating variations to work confidently across different backgrounds and social media applications. Small adjustments make a big difference when a logo is already a recognisable part of your brand.

From there, we built a comprehensive brand guide to help Xebra and their suppliers keep things consistent. It includes primary brand colours – purple, orange and black – with clear CMYK, RGB and HEX references, alongside other colours as supporting tones to add flexibility without diluting the core identity.

We defined fonts too: Verlag Book for headlines and body copy, Georgia Bold for contrast and emphasis, and Calibri for Microsoft documents so internal materials stay consistent and on brand without needing specialist software.

The result is clarity. Business cards, letterheads, brochures, web graphics and social media posts can now be produced with accuracy and confidence, whoever is working on them. It’s a simple philosophy we apply to every project: a strong brand is not just a logo – it’s a visual system. When colours match, typography is consistent and layout rules are clear, your marketing feels more professional, more trusted, and more memorable. Something I think will be become increasingly important with the influx of AI created graphics.

Xebra’s visual identity now mirrors the way they work with their own clients: calm, confident and in control. Exactly what a good accounting partner should feel like.
