As part of our development of the Royal Garden Hotel brand we produced two brochures which had different functions. The promotional brochure, which was a folder with a stitched in 8 page insert, is the main sales tool, used to inform and entice new clients to view the premises. The other brochure is the information pack that new residents receive when they arrive at the residence. It is full of useful information which they will need to refer to during their stay.
Although each brochure looks different the consistency of the visual identity is such that they are immediately recognisable as part of the Royal Garden brand. We also carried the identity through to advertising in local press.
