Some client relationships begin with a single, practical request — and then quietly grow into something far more valuable over time. That’s exactly how our work with Hancock began.
Back in 2021, Hancock first came to us through our other company, Chichester Print, looking to get a small print job done. As the relationship developed, it quickly became clear that our role could extend beyond print alone.
Like many professional service businesses, they already had a strong, established brand identity in place — what they needed was a reliable partner who could apply it consistently and professionally across their day-to-day marketing materials. Since then, we’ve supported Hancock with a wide range of design and artwork projects, alongside print production, helping them maintain a polished and consistent presence across all their communications.
Our work has included everything from business cards and letterheads through to folders, brochures and press advertising. None of this involved reinventing their brand — instead, it was about understanding it properly. Getting under the skin of their existing visual language, respecting the detail, and applying it carefully across every touchpoint.
This is often where experience really counts. Working with an established brand requires restraint as much as creativity. Knowing when not to change things. Making sure every piece looks like it belongs — whether it’s a single advert or a full suite of printed materials.
Over time, this kind of consistency builds trust — both internally and with clients. And it’s something we pride ourselves on: being a dependable, long-term partner who helps brands show up well, again and again.
Our ongoing work with Hancock is a great example of how design and print support, delivered consistently over time, can quietly strengthen a brand without ever needing to shout about it. It’s not about quick wins — it’s about persistence, attention to detail, and doing the basics exceptionally well.
