Citylets have a range of properties to provide student accommodation in Brighton. They approached us to create a corporate identity and website which was to look professional without being too formal in order to appeal to their student tenants. The identity was designed with a friendly looking font, bright highlight colours and a distinctive seagull icon to represent the coastal location.
The website was developed on the WordPress platform and we built a custom theme to handle their content. The site includes a filter to narrow down available properties or to view individual rooms. The detailed property information pages contain carousel galleries and all the information they need for letting. Students can also use the site to report a maintenance issue which, for some of the categories, takes them through a helpful questionnaire to identify any basic issues and then make contact if that doesn't solve the issue. This way they can hopefully solve the problem quickly themselves and it saves on management time for the client.
