Content Management

A Content Management System (CMS) enables you to update content throughout your site. Our systems run in all modern web browsers and are accessed (with a username / password) via a log in page hidden behind your website. All you need to use the CMS is access to the internet through a modern web browser. You do not need to purchase any further software or hardware equipment.

Content is added/edited through a basic HTML form which includes text editors where required to style text including headings, bold, italic, upload/insert images and add hyperlinks. The site is built using dynamic templates so all styling is predefined to ensure the site structure remains consistent and W3C compliant.

In addition to the updating and editing in the basic cms, our advanced content management system gives flexibility for you to update all areas of your website plus other facilities including:

  • assign categories and custom statuses
  • assign custom entry/publish dates to individual site entries to publish entries in the future
  • member registration and management, including assigning different levels of site access
  • link with our email marketing system to keep in contact with your customers
