The W3C (The World Wide Web Consortium) provides standards and guidelines for best practice of how websites should be built with the aim of making all web technologies compatible. The standards include how the web page is coded and markup for web accessibility.
We build our websites to meet current W3C standards, utilising XHTML, CSS and PHP coding to ensure it is accessible to as many users and internet browsers as possible.
Because a compliant site is easier for users to view, it is also easier for search engines to index meaning a compliant website has more chance of achieving success on the web. Clean code also helps to keep loading times to a minimum.
