Steve Wilson has been running Wilson Design Associates for over 25 years. He ran his design studio in London until he moved to the south coast in 2001. Since moving to Chichester Steve has become involved with several local organisations such as the South Coast Design Forum, Chichester Education Business Partnership, Young Enterprise and the Chamber of Commerce. He is also well known for his networking activities; running the popular First Friday Network and a founder member of The Business Interchange network group.

Andrew Gooding joined Wilson Design Associates as Senior Designer in 2005 and is now Web Director. He began his design career working in magazine publishing for specialist magazine publisher CMS Publishing and later for Mortons Media Group Ltd before moving to Chichester. He was then employed by local advertising agency AWP Communications before merging with Melting Pot. Andrew has varied experience across all types of design for print and display to the internet and can often be seen by the bar at First Friday Network meetings or gigging with his band smoothmonkey in the local pubs!

Graham Youd joined the team in 2011 as Account Manager. He has already enjoyed a 20-year career as a business analyst and project manager in a number of leading businesses, including Mercer, GlaxoSmithKline and The Press Association. The combination of Graham's project management and customer service experience along with our reputation for design excellence enables us to provide an all round creative service.
